Gorgias is #1 helpdesk for eCommerce (Shopify, Magento 2, & BigCommerce) to manage all of your customer communication channels in one platform – email, live chat, SMS, phone calls, Facebook, Instagram, reviews, and more. We currently work with over 10,000 eCommerce brands that include Steve Madden, Timbuk2, Princess Polly, and Good American, and have deep integrations with Shopify, Magento, & BigCommerce, enabling agents to process refunds, email invoices, update customer information, and automate responses through our platform.

Why work with us

1. Full integrations with Shopify, Magento, & BigCommerce. You will have all customer information (including contact, order information, shipping information, etc) at your fingertips, and will never even have to leave the Gorgias platform to access it. Send responses to customers and directly pull in order information to make the experience more personal.
2. Automate repetitive/common questions. Up to 40% of questions are repetitive, like "where is my order?" Your agents can automate a response to these questions using Shopify, Magento, & BigCommerce data, so they can focus on more complex customer inquiries to drive revenue.
3. The omnichannel experience. Not only can you pull in live chat, email, and SMS, but you can also respond to, like, or delete comments directly from your Instagram or Facebook ads. This can boost sales to help lead to an increased return on ad spend.
