The Brazen Path is a fractional CFO, FP&A, and controllership firm for early and growth stage companies. We handle the full finance stack: monthly close, GAAP financials, and specialized accounting on the controllership side, plus budgets, three statement models, and board level FP&A on the strategic side.

Our team is senior by design, composed of former VCs, startup finance executives, and investment bankers. We help founders prepare for fundraises and exits with investor models, decks, KPI analyses, and data rooms, and we perform Quality of Earnings work for both investors and founders. We also implement and optimize finance tech stacks, including NetSuite, QuickBooks, and billing systems like Stripe.

We typically work with companies from post Seed through Series B across software, HardTech, dual use, and defense tech.
